A Spring Reflection
Have you ever noticed that Spring evokes a feeling of renewal or a readiness towards “something”. After the slower, more inward energy of winter (which often supports rest), spring invites a sense of “something” that’s been waiting to emerge.
A Spring Reflection
So we are officially moving into Spring.
How does that feel for you?
Are you ready for the nights to become lighter? What do you notice about the change of season?
What are your Spring glimmers??
For me I love seeing the flowers emerge & lighter evenings & I love simply watching the season change
Have you ever noticed that Spring evokes a feeling of renewal or a readiness towards “something”.
After the slower, more inward energy of winter (which often supports rest), spring invites a sense of “something” that’s been waiting to emerge.
But importantly, this doesn’t mean rushing to do more.
So what might this be for you?
When you have 20 mins to sit & reflect, bring to mind the idea of spring not as something you should feel, but simply as a season that is unfolding around you.
You might reflect on:
Where in my life am I noticing even a sense of curiosity towards “something”?
What feels just slightly lighter, easier than it did before?
What am I naturally drawn toward right now - with no pressure to act on it?
Allow your answers to be simple, they might be very small & that’s enough.
We don’t need any pressure or a Spring “to-do” list but it is nice to recognize our innate connection to the seasons & give ourselves space & time to ponder, to notice & all it brings us.
