What is Breathwork
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with stress, managing a lung condition, or just looking for a way to reconnect with yourself, breathwork offers a space to pause, reset, and breathe with intention.
The breath can elevate us, calm us, invigorate us, relax us. I can guide & tailor a bespoke practice for you to practice daily to manage stress or improve the lung capacity.

We’ll dive into how your life would look & feel if you had a daily breathwork routine that strengthened your lung capacity, motivated you, regulated you or helped with stress & anxiety.
Create a practice
Finally we can create a practice tailored to your needs. Whether it’s releasing stress, finding more balance, or boosting your energy, we’ll work on techniques that feel right for you.

We would first have a 15 minute chat (most likely via zoom) so I can understand your needs.
What do you want to get from the session? To strengthen the lungs? To have a tailored daily practice for anxiety? A session to lift energy & change your state, increase motivation?
I prefer clients to set up themselves up in a room where they are most comfortable & if possible where you might consistently practice.
Depending on your needs, we would practice the specific breathing practices together, you are free to ask as many questions as you want & I follow up the session with a suggested daily practice for you & that's it!
