The Grace Method isn’t a structured course - it’s a beautifully curated collection of tools and practices designed to support you in whatever way you need, whenever you need it.
Please have a look through the "suggested practice" & familiarise yourself with the "change model" which is located in "Where to Start" . This will guide you towards the right practice & help you not jump ahead before your nervous system is ready.
Some days, you might be drawn to the Grounded & Calm Breath Practice; other days, the Journaling Prompts, may be enough & at some point you may wish to go through "The Ending Ritual", or a take some time to reconnect with your authentic self & go through "The Values". You may feel deeply overwhelmed & simply wish to lie down & listen to the Yoga Nidra.
The support is here to help you express your emotions, embrace change, and find peace in the ‘messy middle’ - to learn how to simply "be" with uncertainty and be okay with it.
The Grace Method will support you as you start over, help you to embrace the change & uncertainty but also embrace the excitement & feel inspired about who you are becoming.
You will find your coaching sessions invaluable as you will be seen & heard & are able to explore new possibilities & blast through beliefs that may have limited your true wonderful self from blooming.
You will fall in love with the "you" that emerges , that I promise.
